Scaling high-tech manufacturing in America and beyond
Scaling high-tech manufacturing in America and beyond
I love daily doses of strategy and operations. I get the ultimate joy from empowering and inspiring people to plow through artificial constraints, give shape to their imaginations and realize their full potential. 24x7 learning motivates me.
I have built 0-to-1 products, made Amazon S3 a tad better, and owned outcomes for a ~$20B dollar business. These days, I am scaling high-tech manufacturing of machines that make chips at Applied Materials.
An inquisitive explorer by nature, I have traveled to five continents and visited all 50 states. I read 100 books a year, and here are my thoughts on how you can make it happen too.
I write on Substack. See Featured Media section below to subscribe.
